Our specialised FRP team has set up a state-of-the-art CNC filament winding facility capable of delivering high-performance, eco-conscious products across industries.

Our technology

Computer-controlled filament winding gives universal thickness and a very high strength-to-weight ratio for better strength, light weight, corrosion resistance and durability. FRP relative density is 1.5 to 2, only a quarter of mild steel, yet tensile strength is comparable to MS. For treatment, our advanced MBBR technology follows the proven Japanese "Johkasou" decentralized approach that reduces the burden on centralized sewage networks.
