Engineered to spec
Designed around your dimensions, media and load requirements.
Bespoke FRP products engineered to your specification through CNC filament winding, for industries that need high-strength, corrosion-resistant composite solutions.

Beyond our standard range, Aquaxis designs and manufactures custom industrial FRP products. Our specialised FRP team, backed by over 30 years of experience, develops solutions to your exact requirement.
Using computer-controlled filament winding, we deliver universal thickness, high strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance and precision for demanding industrial applications.
Designed around your dimensions, media and load requirements.
Filament-wound composite, strong yet a quarter the weight of steel.
Built to survive aggressive industrial environments.
Full testing and quality control before dispatch.
Computer-controlled winding for universal thickness, consistent quality and structural precision.
FRP relative density 1.5 to 2, about a quarter of mild steel, with tensile strength comparable to MS.
Food-grade isophthalic-resin FRP, corrosion-resistant, factory-tested before dispatch.
Tanks, vessels and composite products tailored to your dimensions, capacity and chemical environment. Share a drawing or brief and we will engineer it.
It depends on size and complexity; our team confirms a schedule with on-time delivery commitments.
Yes, we manufacture to OEM and project specifications at volume.
CNC filament winding for consistent thickness, strength and precision.
Zero Liquid Discharge is an approach in which a facility treats and recovers essentially all of its wastewater so that no liquid effluent leaves the site. After biological and tertiary treatment, the remaining concentrate is processed through stages such as reverse osmosis, evaporation and crystallisation to recover clean water and leave only solid residue. ZLD is most relevant to industries with strict discharge limits or in water-scarce zones where regulators require maximum recovery and reuse.
Yes. An AMC covers scheduled preventive maintenance, periodic inspection of blowers, pumps and dosing units, performance and effluent checks against discharge norms, desludging guidance and supply of spare and consumable items. This keeps the plant running at its design efficiency, extends equipment life and helps maintain continuous regulatory compliance. Service plans can be tailored to the plant capacity and site conditions.
Yes. Capacity, tank dimensions, inlet and outlet positions, above-ground or underground configuration, and optional stages such as tertiary filtration, UV, extra disinfection, standby blower or IoT monitoring can all be specified to suit the application and available space. Sizing is matched to your expected flow and the effluent quality your State Pollution Control Board requires. A site assessment is the best way to finalise the right configuration.
